I've reached out to the Deramores customer support team a couple of times, and let me tell ya, their service was fantastic each time. I’m based in Canada and made an order around mid-December. Our postal service wasn’t taking international shipments until they had some space in the warehouse. Deramores got in touch with me right away and agreed to keep my order until Canada Post was back to accepting overseas packages.

On another occasion, I found my order was missing some items. After I let Deramores know, they sent out the rest of my order that very same day.

I can’t recommend Deramores enough as a reliable online yarn store.
